Human Resources Coordinator – Hospitality

About the role

Join the Doubletree By Hilton Resort And Spa Marjan Island team as a Human Resources Coordinator, where you will support HR managers and help create memorable guest experiences through effective people processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in talent acquisition: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding across hotel departments.
• Manage recruitment channels and job advertisements, ensuring timely and accurate postings.
• Prepare onboarding and off‑boarding documentation, maintaining checklists and compliance.
• Maintain confidential HR records, team‑member files and HR databases.
• Update HR systems with accurate employee information.
• Support payroll administration, salary changes, deductions and monthly closing.
• Track attendance and leave records for payroll processing.
• Assist with compensation, benefits, pension and insurance administration.
• Process employee movements such as promotions, transfers and resignations.
• Monitor headcount, prepare monthly manning reports and support visa/work‑permit applications.
• Respond to employee enquiries, support engagement initiatives and ensure policy compliance.
• Compile HR reports on recruitment, attendance, payroll and other metrics.
