About the role
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the HR team by managing employee records, handling correspondence, and assisting candidates throughout the application process. This position ensures smooth administrative operations within the HR department at a leading hospitality brand.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain filing systems and employee personnel files, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
- Prepare, type, and distribute office correspondence and route mail.
- Order, track, and manage HR office supplies and forms.
- Answer phone calls, record messages, and provide courteous service to employees and guests.
- Assist walk‑in candidates with application procedures and maintain a clean, accessible application area.
- Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies, programs, and guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related HR or administrative work experience.
