Human Resources Executive (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Hilton is hiring a Human Resources Executive for its DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront Hotel and Residences in Sharjah. The role supports the hotel's HR function and helps create memorable stays for guests, and the position is open to Arabic speakers.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and guide Team Members and HODs on HR policies, procedures and employment matters.
• Support recruitment, selection, onboarding and internal mobility to meet business and manpower needs.
• Coordinate engagement, recognition and Heart of House activities to strengthen Hilton culture.
• Support performance management, talent management, succession planning and team member development.
• Coordinate learning and development activities and monitor completion of mandatory training.
• Assist with team member relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and investigations, applying policies fairly and consistently.
• Support payroll, benefits, leave, attendance and other HR administration.
• Maintain accurate HR records and systems, keeping them confidential and compliant with Hilton standards and UAE labour legislation.
• Support HR audits, reporting, manpower planning and HR action plans, and partner with HODs to improve engagement and retention.
• Depute for the Human Resources Manager when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous HR coordinator or supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of HR operations, UAE labour practices, recruitment, team member relations and performance management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and good knowledge of HR systems.
