Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will lead daily HR operations at Enfield Royal Clinic in Abu Dhabi, ensuring smooth employee management and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and oversee HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with UAE labor law and clinic standards.
• Assist with performance management, employee inquiries, and leadership partnership.
• Contribute to training, engagement activities, and continuous improvement of HR practices.

Required profile

• Strong HR and HR Management experience, preferably in a clinical or service‑oriented environment.
• Experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HR systems, and day‑to‑day administration.
• Proven Employee Relations abilities and knowledge of HR policy development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English (Arabic a plus).
• Familiarity with UAE labor law and ability to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi.
