Human Resources Lead

About the role

Terracotta is seeking an experienced Human Resources Lead to shape and drive its HR function across the UAE. This senior role will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations, and partner with business leaders to support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the HR function and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations.
• Oversee onboarding, probation, promotions, transfers, and off‑boarding processes.
• Administer employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Support workforce planning, organizational development, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Operations, and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Produce HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics.
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration.
• Coordinate visa and labour‑related processes with the PRO.
• Drive HR process improvements and governance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure operational excellence.

Required profile

• 10+ years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Minimum 2 years in an HR leadership role managing a team.
• Experience in manpower supply, outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, or Employer of Record (EOR) environments preferred.
• Proven ability to work in high‑volume, fast‑paced settings.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and MOHRE regulations.
