Human Resources Lead

About the role

Terracotta, a leading outsourcing provider in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Lead to drive its HR function. This senior position will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with local labour regulations, and partner with business leaders to support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the HR function across the organisation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations.
• Oversee onboarding, probation, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and off‑boarding processes.
• Administer employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Support workforce planning, organisational development, and performance management initiatives.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Operations, and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Produce HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics.
• Coordinate visa and labour‑related processes in partnership with the PRO.
• Drive continuous process improvements and HR governance.
• Mentor and develop the HR team to ensure operational excellence.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role managing at least one to two team members.
• Background in manpower supply, outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, or Employer of Record services preferred.
• Experience supporting both corporate and operational employees in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Expertise in employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
• Proficiency in managing the full employee lifecycle and HR documentation.
• Ability to develop and implement performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Experience coordinating visa and labour‑related processes.
