Human Resources Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will be based in Abu Dhabi and will lead the full spectrum of HR activities for a multinational workforce within the oil, gas, energy and manpower supply sectors. This is a full‑time, on‑site position reporting to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end HR functions including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, compensation and benefits programmes, and training & development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour law, visa and immigration procedures, and Emiratization requirements.
• Manage payroll operations, WPS compliance and coordinate salary processing with Finance.
• Handle disciplinary and grievance processes, maintain accurate HR records and drive employee engagement and retention programmes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives across multiple business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; HR certification (CIPD or SHRM) is a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a multi‑entity or group corporate structure.
• Strong background in manpower outsourcing, recruitment, staffing operations and client coordination.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa/immigration processes and Emiratization.
• Hands‑on experience with payroll, WPS compliance and benefits administration.
• Proven ability to design and roll out HR policies and people strategies.
• Experience building and mentoring an HR team.
