Human Resources Manager – Construction

About the role

An experienced HR Manager is urgently sought for a Dubai-based construction company. The role covers end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations, and must comply with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, onboarding and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations
• Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management and employee records
• Manage employment contracts, visas, renewals and other HR documentation
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to meet workforce requirements
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR Manager experience in a Dubai-based construction company (mandatory)
• Proven experience in construction workforce management and recruitment
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures
• HR administration and payroll coordination
