Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to lead the development and execution of advanced HR initiatives that support our long‑term business objectives. The role partners closely with senior leadership to shape talent strategy, culture, and organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HR strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Advise senior leaders on talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusivity.
• Handle employee relations fairly and ensure compliance with policies and employment law.
• Lead employee engagement programs, analyze feedback, and act on improvements.
• Oversee competitive compensation and benefits structures.
• Maintain full compliance with employment legislation and pay‑equity standards.
• Develop and refine HR policies to support business objectives.
• Create and deliver training and leadership development programs.
• Implement cutting‑edge recruitment and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Manage performance management systems and provide guidance on talent development.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Strong analytical ability and comprehensive knowledge of employment law.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑influence skills.
