Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will serve as the primary HR point of contact for The Boring Company's operations across the UAE, overseeing all core HR functions and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. This senior role requires a strategic partner who can drive HR initiatives, support managers, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage benefits, compensation, training, payroll, and employee relations for the UAE operation.
• Lead performance management, investigations, corrective actions, and terminations.
• Collaborate with managers to discuss morale, performance, and improvement areas.
• Oversee HR system integration, configuration, and administration.
• Approve time cards, adjust pay rates, and ensure bi‑weekly payroll for salaried and hourly staff.
• Facilitate onboarding, generate offer letters, and audit background checks.
• Partner with legal to ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in an HR leadership role, including 5+ years in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and work requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, multitasking ability, and independent work style.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and present data.
