Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager leads HR business processes for a moderately complex organization, ensuring compliance with UAE labour legislation and driving effective HR practices across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Improve, deploy and monitor a broad range of HR processes, ensuring effectiveness and compliance.
• Partner with managers and employees to resolve employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and manage disciplinary matters.
• Oversee payroll governance, performance and talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist or HR Manager.
• Strong UAE HR experience with practical knowledge of local employment practices and employee relations.
• Experience in an industrial, engineering, automotive, manufacturing or similar operational environment.

Required skills

• Expertise in employee relations, conflict management and workplace investigations.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.
• Ability to implement and review HR policies, and manage payroll governance.
