A leading real estate brokerage in Dubai is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead its HR function in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This is a key leadership role focused on smooth HR operations, a stronger people strategy and a high-performance culture, with the ability to support the company's continued growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise end-to-end HR operations across multiple business units
• Align HR strategy with aggressive business growth and expansion plans
• Drive performance management frameworks that enforce accountability
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organisational design
• Oversee employee relations and resolve complex issues promptly and effectively
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and internal governance standards
• Strengthen HR systems, reporting and data-driven decision-making

Required profile

• 5-7+ years of HR experience, with strong leadership exposure
• Proven track record in high-growth, performance-driven industries (real estate preferred)
• Strong business acumen, understanding revenue, targets and operational pressure
• Hands-on leader who can execute, not just strategise
• Confident stakeholder manager able to influence senior leadership
