Human Resources Partner Specialist – IMEEA Region

About the role

The Human Resources Partner Specialist supports the regional HR function for the IMEEA area, partnering with business leaders to design and deliver people strategies that improve performance, engagement and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership and managers on workforce planning, organisational design and talent management, ensuring alignment with budgets and strategic direction.
• Oversee talent management processes, including performance cycles, people reviews, succession planning and career development initiatives.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from role definition and sourcing to offers, visa processes and onboarding coordination.
• Provide employee‑relations guidance, handling contractual matters, absences, disciplinary actions and other sensitive issues.
• Use people data and insights to identify risks, support decision‑making and recommend practical actions.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits to review job descriptions, seniority levels and salary proposals.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee‑relations practices.
• Experience supporting senior leaders on workforce planning and organisational design.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret people data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across diverse cultures.
