Human Resources Specialist – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our Dubai office within the oil & gas manufacturing sector. The role will support the growing HR function by handling day‑to‑day operations and ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR operations and employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, transfers, promotions and off‑boarding.
• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition for various business functions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in line with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Address employee queries, support relations initiatives and coordinate payroll, attendance, leave and benefits.
• Prepare HR reports, update HRMS databases and provide relevant information to management.
• Collaborate with department heads to meet day‑to‑day people‑related requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant HR operations/generalist experience in the UAE, preferably within manufacturing or oil & gas.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE processes and payroll/WPS.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
