Human Resources Specialist – Dubai

About the role

Graystone Capital is expanding its regional operations in Dubai and seeks an HR Specialist to own the full spectrum of human resources activities. The role will partner closely with senior leadership, handling recruitment, employee relations, compliance and off‑boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and related documentation in line with UAE Labour Law.
• Coordinate visa, labour card, Emirates ID and medical insurance processes with the company PRO.
• Handle MOHRE registration, WPS compliance and other statutory requirements.
• Deliver structured onboarding and induction for new joiners.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance and leave management systems.
• Support the monthly payroll cycle and liaise with Finance on payroll inputs.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and the employee handbook.
• Coordinate the annual performance appraisal cycle and support training and development planning.
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries and manage employee relations matters confidentially.
• Plan and drive employee engagement initiatives and prepare HR reports and headcount data for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken (Arabic mandatory).
• Three to five years of HR generalist experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE procedures, WPS and visa processes.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
