Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will support Changan MEA’s operations in the United Arab Emirates by managing employee visa processes, payroll administration, and attendance data. This role ensures compliance with local regulations while delivering accurate compensation and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑End Visa & Compliance Management: handle the full lifecycle of employee visas across Dubai Free Zones and Mainland, including new applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes, while monitoring expiration dates to avoid compliance risks.
• Payroll Administration: process and verify payroll calculations, ensuring accurate compensation adjustments.
• Attendance data reconciliation: produce accurate monthly attendance reports as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional HR experience in the UAE, with hands‑on visa/immigration and payroll administration.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa/work‑permit regulations.
• High level of confidentiality regarding salary data and personal documents.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
