Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Growthlift Group, operating as Growthlift Heavy Equipment Trading L.L.C., is a heavy equipment rental, trading and training provider based in Dubai, serving clients across the Middle East, Asia and Africa. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist in Dubai who will manage day-to-day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support performance management activities
• Implement HR policies and administer employee benefits
• Assist with recruitment and selection and address routine employee queries
• Support compliance with local labor laws
• Coordinate training and development initiatives
• Collaborate with managers to promote a positive, safe and inclusive work environment suited to the heavy equipment sector

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices; prior experience in industrial or equipment-related sectors is an advantage
• Ideally holds a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
