Talent Acquisition Partner - Corporate Services

About the role

Al-Futtaim Group, a diversified private business headquartered in Dubai with five divisions and more than 35,000 employees across the Middle East, Asia and Africa, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for its Corporate Services division. The role manages the full recruitment lifecycle for specific business units, partnering with business unit stakeholders and HR Business Partners to support growth plans with the best global and local talent, while ensuring fair, timely hiring in line with the group's recruitment policy.

Key responsibilities

• Support business units in manpower planning and scheduling, and contribute to hiring plans for different brands to meet budgeted requirements.
• Work with business units and line managers to assess recruitment needs and source quality candidates quickly.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (attract, source, select, offer) and build a strong talent pool in the market.
• Keep each stage of recruitment within the required timeframe and use market mapping data to inform campaigns.
• Train line managers on assessment tools and facilitate assessment centers, open days and talent pools.
• Use channels such as the careers website, social media, job boards, headhunting and LinkedIn, and reference-check all candidates before selection.
• Manage offers in line with HRBP manpower budgets and total rewards policies, and ensure SLAs are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a professional field relevant to the business or in HR preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment or sourcing experience.
• In-house experience preferred, managing complex stakeholders and multiple HRBPs; experience with high-volume or niche roles.
• Experience in a large matrix organisation is an advantage.

Required skills

• ATS experience preferred (SuccessFactors).
• Knowledge of local labour laws is an advantage.
• Interviewing, problem-solving, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
