HVAC Multi Technician (Team Leader)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Multi Technician to lead our Facility Management and Home Maintenance team in Dubai. The role combines hands‑on installation, maintenance and repair of a wide range of air‑conditioning systems with customer‑focused service.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, repair and maintain HVAC systems including Split, Ducted Split, Package Units, VRF and VRV.
• Diagnose faults, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, replace compressors, conduct gas charging and leak detection.
• Carry out basic electrical tasks such as replacing switches, sockets, lighting fixtures and circuit breakers, and resolve minor electrical issues.
• Perform basic plumbing work including fixing water leaks, replacing taps, mixers, wash basins, WC accessories and clearing drain blockages.
• Conduct routine inspections of residential and commercial properties and recommend necessary maintenance.
• Respond promptly to service requests, complete work safely and efficiently, and maintain tools and equipment.
• Prepare accurate service reports and communicate effectively with supervisors and customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Team Leader with HVAC as the primary specialization.
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good working knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Experience in Facility Management or Home Maintenance is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and deliver excellent customer service.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
