HVAC Supervisor

About the role

Apt Resources is recruiting an HVAC Supervisor for a client, a well-established Facility Management Company that is part of a larger group of companies in Dubai. The supervisor oversees HVAC maintenance operations, leads and coordinates technical teams and ensures the efficient performance and reliability of HVAC systems across assigned facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily HVAC maintenance, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Lead and monitor HVAC technicians so that maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of Split, VRF and chilled water-based HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure work orders are completed on time.
• Diagnose technical issues and guide technicians in solving complex HVAC problems.
• Coordinate with other Facility Management departments to keep building operations running smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports and monitor team performance.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of UAE experience as an HVAC Supervisor.
• Previous experience supervising HVAC technicians or maintenance teams in the Facility Management industry.
• Valid UAE manual driving licence (mandatory).

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on familiarity with Split, VRF and chilled water-based HVAC systems.
• Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and supervise maintenance operations.
• Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills.
