HVAC Technician – Dubai

About the role

Marriott International is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join its engineering facilities team in Dubai. The role involves ensuring the comfort, safety, and efficiency of the property’s mechanical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air‑quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature.
• Analyze energy and utilities usage and calibrate controls, gauges, and meters.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Follow all safety policies, report hazards, and complete required safety training.
• Maintain a professional appearance, protect company assets, and uphold guest service standards.
• Assist with moving, lifting, and positioning objects up to 100 lb and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• Minimum three (3) years of related HVAC/refrigeration experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• EPA Universal certification (or equivalent).

• Refrigeration equipment handling.
