HVAC Technician

About the role

Park Inn by Radisson in Dubai Motor City is looking for an HVAC Technician. The role supports the property maintenance department so that the hotel is kept to the highest standard while meeting company standards, and contributes to guest satisfaction and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Support and assist in the smooth running of the property maintenance department, keeping the property to the highest standard while meeting company standards.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and complete them in a timely and professional way.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximise guest satisfaction and comfort, responding positively to enquiries and problems.
• Deliver on the strategies and objectives of the property maintenance department and take ownership of assigned areas.
• Develop own skills, knowledge and experience within the department.
• Work with the Head of Department to maintain departmental inventory, achieve productivity targets and performance levels.
• Maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders and promote company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and best practice, documenting due diligence for internal and external audits and following up as required.

Required profile

• Experience in property maintenance.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to manage work so that assigned tasks are delivered.
• Ability to find creative solutions and offer recommendations.
• Personal integrity and ability to work in an environment demanding excellence.
• Strong communication and listening skills, collaborative attitude, open and positive personality.
• Ability to handle challenging priorities and assignments.
