IAM Specialist - Identity & Access Management

About the role

Core42, a provider of AI-powered cloud and digital infrastructure, is hiring a hands-on Identity & Access Management specialist in Abu Dhabi. The role covers identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access, authentication, application onboarding and IAM automation, working across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ and BeyondTrust PAM/EPM.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end identity lifecycle (onboarding, mover, offboarding, account changes, extensions, access provisioning) and support SailPoint IdentityIQ operations, including access reviews and certifications
• Support identity governance and security controls for employees, contractors, guests, privileged, service and test accounts
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ and BeyondTrust PAM/EPM, including SSO, MFA, Conditional Access and privileged access
• Support application onboarding and IAM integrations via SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP and APIs
• Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues, investigate IAM incidents and drive them to resolution
• Build IAM automation for provisioning, deprovisioning, validation and reporting using SailPoint, Entra ID, PowerShell, Power Automate and ServiceNow
• Take part in identity migrations, platform enhancements and security-control improvements, and keep IAM records ready for audit
• Write IAM SOPs, runbooks and technical documentation, and work with HR, security, infrastructure and business teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field
• 5-6 years of experience in IAM, identity governance, privileged access management and enterprise identity/security operations
• Experience in a large enterprise IAM environment, including audit, compliance and access-recertification processes
• Preferred: experience with BeyondTrust PAM, enterprise application onboarding, tenant/domain migrations and non-human account governance

• SailPoint IdentityIQ and Privileged Access Management (PAM/PIM)
• SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM and LDAP
• Preferred: PowerShell, REST API, Power Automate, ServiceNow and BeyondTrust PAM/EPMP
