IAM Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IAM Specialist to design, configure and operate enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions. The role will collaborate with security, infrastructure and application teams to ensure secure and efficient identity management across our Dubai operations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and support enterprise IAM platforms and identity management workflows.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes including Joiner, Mover and Leaver activities.
• Develop, customise and maintain IAM connectors and integrations with enterprise applications.
• Set up roles, permissions, access policies, approval workflows and certification processes.
• Support SSO, MFA and access governance implementations.
• Troubleshoot IAM workflows, integration issues and access‑related incidents.
• Assist with user access reviews, compliance checks and audit activities.
• Maintain technical documentation of configurations, workflows and operational procedures.
• Contribute to IAM platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of hands‑on experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Proven experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as SailPoint, IBM IAM or Imprivata IAM.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access management and identity lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
• Experience troubleshooting IAM workflows and supporting security controls.
