ICAPS Operator

About the role

The ICAPS Operator will ensure that the CMS database is accurately populated with project engineering data and will manage the flow of information between the site and the commissioning team. This role supports pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities by maintaining system/sub‑system boundaries and keeping documentation up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the CMS database in line with engineering deliverables.
• Apply system/sub‑system approach for pre‑commissioning and commissioning preparation, ensuring clear demarcation of limits.
• Compile and distribute the latest information to responsible engineers for inclusion in dossiers.
• Prepare and populate check‑and‑test sheets and handover dossiers with the required electronic documents.
• Coordinate with all disciplines and team members to ensure proper integration of activities.
• Interface with client personnel, maintaining high satisfaction and cooperation.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to the Project Commissioning Manager as required.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in commissioning or industrial project environments.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and compliance.
