ICT Teacher (Academic Year 2026/27)

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an enthusiastic ICT Teacher to join Noya British School for the academic year 2026/27. The role involves delivering engaging ICT lessons to a diverse student body on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver ICT lessons that cater to the full ability range.
• Organise classroom resources, create displays and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Assess and monitor student progress, using data to inform future planning.
• Collaborate with specialists such as speech therapists, occupational therapists and educational psychologists when needed.
• Provide regular feedback to parents and carers through conferences and school communication systems.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy and act as a positive role model.
• Participate in curriculum action groups, school events and weekly extracurricular activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related subject with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of teaching experience, preferably in ICT.
• Alignment with Aldar Education’s core values and an appreciation of regional cultural values.
