ICT Teacher (Cycle 2 & 3) – Immediate Start

About the role

The school is seeking a dedicated ICT Teacher for Cycle 2 and 3 students in an American‑curriculum primary setting. You will join a mixed‑gender charter school that values collaboration, leadership and creativity, and will start immediately for the academic year 2025‑2026.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver ICT lessons that cater to the full ability range, using engaging resources and classroom displays.
• Assess and record student progress with Target Tracker, using data to inform further planning and interventions.
• Collaborate with specialists such as speech therapists and educational psychologists when required.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school policy, acting as a positive role model.
• Participate in curriculum action groups, school events, outings and weekly extracurricular activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably with learners for whom English is an additional language.
• Demonstrated passion for teaching the whole child and involvement in extracurricular activities.
• Clean enhanced DBS/police check.
