ICT Teacher – Immediate Start at Mubarak Bin Mohammed Cycle 2

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic ICT Teacher to join Mubarak Bin Mohammed Cycle 2 Charter School in Abu Dhabi with an immediate start. The role involves delivering engaging ICT lessons that inspire students to achieve their best while collaborating closely with colleagues, parents and support staff.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver ICT curriculum lessons that cater to the full ability range of the class.
• Organise classroom resources, create displays and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Assess and record student progress using Target Tracker and use data to inform further planning and interventions.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policy, acting as a positive role model.
• Work with curriculum support staff, therapists and psychologists as required and contribute to school events and extracurricular activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related subject with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably with learners for whom English is not the first language.
• Passion for teaching, commitment to the whole‑child development and a high level of professionalism.
• Respect for all members of the school community and a solution‑focused attitude.
• Clean enhanced DBS/police check.
