About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented HR & Immigration Officer to support day‑to‑day administrative and visa‑related operations within our Free Zone Department in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Process Entry Permit (EP) applications with English‑Arabic data entry and manage visa cancellations, renewals and transfers.
- Handle Emirates ID cards, salary letters and NOCs in both Immigration and Free Zone portal systems.
- Maintain trackers, reports and records, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
- Resolve issues related to Free Zone portal operations and suggest enhancements.
Required profile
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in government or free‑zone operations.
- Strong knowledge of UAE visa processes and Free Zone portal systems.
Required skills
- Excellent English‑Arabic data entry skills.
- Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
