In-Room Dining Team Leader – Luxury Resort

About the role

As the In‑Room Dining Team Leader at One&Only One Za’abeel, you will oversee the delivery of premium dining experiences directly to guests’ rooms and suites in a luxury resort setting. You will manage a dedicated team, coordinate with kitchen and other departments, and ensure every service moment reflects the brand’s high standards of creativity, precision and warmth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and schedule the In‑Room Dining team to maintain efficient, high‑quality service.
• Coordinate daily orders with the kitchen, ensuring timely preparation and flawless presentation.
• Handle guest requests, special occasions and dietary requirements with professionalism.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels and service equipment, reporting any issues to management.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and luxury hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in food‑and‑beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and problem‑solving mindset.
