In-Store Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The In-Store Visual Merchandiser will enhance the shopping experience by creating attractive, brand‑consistent displays within a store or a specific department. Working closely with senior visual merchandisers, the role supports the implementation and maintenance of visual standards that drive sales and reinforce the brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with maintenance and cleaning staff to uphold visual standards and ensure a cohesive brand image.
• Guide and train store staff on visual standards, window displays, and in‑store layouts.
• Develop floor plans, arrange merchandise, signage, and fixtures to maximize visual impact.
• Create eye‑catching displays using creative lighting and commercial sales opportunities.
• Photograph each display change and collect feedback on merchandise performance.
• Support pre‑opening activities and ensure brand standards are correctly implemented.
• Research market trends and lifestyle insights to keep displays current.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in visual merchandising or sales.
• 6 months to 1 year of hands‑on experience setting up displays, following planograms, and maintaining store aesthetics.
• Ability to work with senior visual merchandising and sales teams to achieve commercial goals.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to propose improvements based on customer feedback and sales data.
