Inbound Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Inbound Marketing Specialist to join our Dubai team. You will manage inbound enquiries across WhatsApp, email, phone and social media, qualify leads and ensure smooth handover to the sales team using Zoho CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries received via WhatsApp, email, phone calls and social media platforms.
• Support WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns by sending messages, monitoring responses and engaging prospects.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and update their information in Zoho CRM.
• Assign qualified leads to the appropriate salesperson and coordinate handover.
• Track lead trends, monitor follow‑ups and provide feedback to marketing and sales teams.
• Monitor incoming emails and ensure timely professional responses.
• Attend inbound calls and provide initial information to prospects.
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records without duplicates.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in inbound marketing, lead generation, customer service or inside sales.
• Proven ability to handle multiple conversations across digital channels.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and follow‑up abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.
• Ability to ask the right questions to qualify potential customers.
