Inbound Sales Representative - Fintech

About the role

We are seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to join our fintech client. The role focuses on converting high‑quality marketing leads into satisfied clients by guiding them through the investment sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website enquiries and other channels.
• Conduct discovery calls and present investment products and services.
• Understand client needs and guide them through the sales process.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Meet and exceed sales and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, B2B investment, wealth management or financial services.
• Proven track record of converting inbound leads into customers.
• Strong communication, consultative selling and closing abilities.
• Ability to work towards targets and proficient in using a CRM system.
• Commercially driven, organized and customer‑focused attitude.
