Inclusion Teacher for Yasmina British Academy

About the role

Aldar Education seeks an enthusiastic Inclusion Teacher for Yasmina British Academy (AY 27/28) to create a nurturing, play‑based learning environment that supports academic, social and personal development of students.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver inclusive lessons that cater for the full ability range within the class.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum support staff and external professionals such as speech therapists and educational psychologists.
• Assess and record student progress using Target Tracker and provide feedback to parents at conferences.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policy and act as a positive role model.
• Contribute to wider school life by supporting curriculum action groups, organising events and running a weekly extracurricular activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably with learners for whom English is an additional language.
• Passion for whole‑child education, high professionalism and a commitment to safeguarding.
• Clean enhanced DBS/police check.

Required skills

• Strong communication skills for interaction with students, parents and staff.
• Ability to use assessment data to inform planning and intervention.
