About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an enthusiastic Inclusion Teacher to join Al Rayana Charter School in Abu Dhabi starting immediately. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, inclusive primary education within an American curriculum framework.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum standards and cater to the full ability range of students.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum support staff, and external professionals such as speech‑language therapists and educational psychologists.
• Maintain accurate student progress records using Target Tracker and provide data‑driven feedback.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to support student wellbeing and academic outcomes.
• Implement the school’s behaviour policy and manage classroom dynamics effectively.

Required profile

• Commitment to the school’s core values and an appreciation of regional cultural values.
• Strong communication skills at all levels and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to reflect on teaching practice and adapt planning based on assessment data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Target Tracker assessment system.
