Indirect Procurement Manager

About the role

Lagardère Travel Retail is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations for its indirect spend categories across airport duty‑free and food‑service operations. The role will develop procurement strategies that align with financial objectives and support the company’s sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic supplier negotiations to optimise cost, terms and service levels.
• Design and implement procurement strategies for indirect categories such as Marketing, HR, General Admin and IT.
• Oversee supplier selection, onboarding and performance reviews for all indirect and support categories.
• Draft, review and manage procurement contracts in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain procurement KPIs, savings dashboards and spend‑analysis reports.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR and Operations to align procurement objectives with business priorities.
• Benchmark suppliers and implement continuous‑improvement plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in supply chain, finance, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, with exposure to indirect categories.
• Strong negotiation and contract‑management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
