Indoor Plants Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Planters Horticulture is seeking an experienced Indoor Plants Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily indoor plant care operations for our premium clients in Dubai. The role combines technician management with client liaison to ensure healthy, vibrant indoor greenery across commercial and residential sites.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily indoor plant maintenance activities and ensure high‑quality plant care.
• Conduct site inspections, diagnose plant health issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor team productivity, attendance, and work quality.
• Coordinate schedules and communication between clients, the operations team, and technicians.
• Maintain safety standards and company procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of indoor plant care, pest identification, fertilisation, pruning, and overall plant health.
• Proven experience planning daily work schedules and supervising technicians.
• Fluent English communication; Hindi or Urdu is an advantage.
