Indoor Sales Executive – Customer Service & Sales Coordination

About the role

Mummazone, a retail consumer products company, is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive in Dubai. The role handles customer enquiries, identifies sales opportunities, coordinates orders and supports daily sales operations while keeping a positive customer experience. It combines indoor sales, customer service and sales coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and walk-in visits
• Identify sales opportunities, recommend products and promote cross-selling across the product range
• Follow up with prospects and turn enquiries into confirmed sales
• Prepare and coordinate quotations, customer orders and sales requests with relevant departments
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Update customers promptly and handle complaints professionally
• Support sales administration, front-office operations and customer service, and keep internal teams aligned on order processing

Required profile

• Previous experience in indoor sales, customer service or sales coordination
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong customer relationship management skills
• Proactive, target-oriented approach and good organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
