Industrial Nurse

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Industrial Nurse to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will deliver occupational health services, provide first‑aid care, and support employee well‑being across our industrial facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care for work‑related and non‑work‑related incidents.
• Conduct health assessments, pre‑employment, periodic and return‑to‑work examinations.
• Maintain confidential medical records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals as needed.
• Administer prescribed medications and vaccinations in line with company policy.
• Support health promotion, wellness programs, and occupational health campaigns.
• Monitor workplace health risks and help implement preventive measures.
• Participate in incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports on health trends, injuries, and program effectiveness.
• Assist in emergency preparedness and response activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid.
• 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, industrial, manufacturing, construction or corporate settings.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
