Registered Nurse – Outpatient Care (UAE Nationals)

About the role

As a Registered Nurse you will deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care and support patients throughout their healthcare journey in a multidisciplinary outpatient environment. This role is designed for UAE nationals who are eager to make a meaningful impact on community health while advancing their nursing career.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate efficient patient flow to ensure a seamless outpatient experience and effective clinic operations.
• Perform nursing assessments and clinical procedures within scope of practice, including vital signs monitoring, venipuncture, specimen collection, and medication administration.
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the Cerner electronic medical record in a timely manner.
• Support physicians and allied health professionals during consultations, examinations, and outpatient procedures.
• Provide patient and family education on treatment plans, medications, procedures, and follow‑up care instructions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, and Revenue Cycle Management to ensure coordinated patient care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Valid medical license or eligibility from the Department of Health (DOH).
• 1–3 years experience in an outpatient setting.
• Proven leadership and team‑lead experience.
• Strong critical‑thinking and decision‑making skills under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Cerner electronic medical record system.
• Venipuncture and specimen collection techniques.
• Medication administration.
• Vital signs monitoring.
