Industrial Nurse – Occupational Health (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Industrial Nurse to deliver occupational healthcare services at our Abu Dhabi site. You will provide immediate medical care, manage workplace injuries, and support employee wellness in line with occupational health standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees on‑site.
• Assess, treat, document, and follow up on workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Conduct health screenings, medical assessments, and fitness‑to‑work evaluations.
• Administer medications, vaccinations, and basic treatments as directed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and patient documentation.
• Assist in workplace emergencies and coordinate with ambulance services when needed.
• Support occupational health and safety initiatives and promote workplace wellness.
• Educate employees on health awareness, hygiene, safety practices, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with HSE teams and management to identify health risks and improve safety.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license; UAE healthcare license preferred.
• 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in industrial, occupational health, emergency, or clinic settings.
• Experience handling workplace injuries and emergency situations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
