Influencer Marketing Manager (GCC)

About the role

Quadcode, a fintech SaaS provider, is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale creator partnerships across the GCC, focusing on Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait. The role is hands‑on and requires leveraging an established local network to drive brand visibility and measurable acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Source, assess and build long‑term relationships with creators and influencers across the GCC.
• Manage influencer collaborations end‑to‑end: outreach, negotiations, briefs, approvals, delivery and reporting.
• Build a reliable pipeline of high‑quality creators, talent managers and agencies, targeting profiles with 300k+ followers.
• Track campaign performance and provide clear insights for scaling, optimisation or termination.
• Support local special projects, offline events and creator activations across the GCC.
• Represent Quadcode externally as the official point of contact for creators, agencies and partners.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or influencer‑marketing agencies.
• Established network of influencer agencies, talent managers and creators in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait.
• Native‑level Arabic and confident English (B2+).
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances and creator‑market dynamics across the GCC.
