Information Manager – BIM & Data Management

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Information Manager to join its Middle East delivery team in Dubai. The role bridges process improvement, BIM coordination and data management to ensure project delivery teams follow industry‑leading standards and ISO 19650 compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Information Management documentation such as Pre‑ and Post‑BEP, federation strategy, Level of Information Need and responsibility matrices.
• Administer the company’s MIDP online tool and the Common Data Environment (Autodesk Forma) and support project teams in its utilisation.
• Perform multidisciplinary clash detection, grouping and resolution using platforms like Revizto.
• Coordinate BIM authoring, federation and data exchange across Autodesk, Bentley and Trimble environments.
• Support proposal and delivery phases with BIM‑based construction sequencing, quantity take‑offs and immersive technologies (VR/AR).
• Provide training, implementation and ongoing support for Information Management tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in BIM and information management on large, multi‑disciplinary engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and best practices.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and to work closely with design and delivery teams.
