Information Technology Officer

About the role

The Luxury Collection is seeking an Information Technology Officer to join its Dubai team. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and telecommunications systems across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware and network problems for staff and guests.
• Provide technical guidance, recommend solutions and implement process improvements.
• Maintain user accounts, applications and POS systems, and keep accurate records of incidents and actions taken.
• Train end‑users on proper use of equipment and software.
• Plan, design and coordinate telecommunications activities, including client/server support.
• Support the IT team in hiring, training and performance management.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school education.
• At least 2 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow company policies.
