Infrastructure Design Coordinator

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Design Coordinator to lead the design and development of large‑scale infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. You will act as the central hub for design teams, contractors, and clients, ensuring that all deliverables meet project goals, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities across multiple disciplines, aligning deliverables with project budgets and schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between design teams, contractors, and clients.
• Review and approve design outputs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
• Provide technical guidance, resolve design issues, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, planners, and other stakeholders to develop integrated solutions.
• Conduct quality checks on design documents, guaranteeing safety, environmental, and sustainability standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Present updates and recommendations to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure design or project coordination.
• Proven ability to manage complex design projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
