Infrastructure NOC Engineer

About the role

The Infrastructure NOC Engineer will manage the full No Objection Certificate (NOC) process for infrastructure projects, ensuring timely approvals from Dubai authorities and utility providers. The role bridges design, construction, and regulatory teams to guarantee compliance and smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, track, and close NOC applications with Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, Etisalat/du, and other relevant bodies.
• Maintain NOC logs, approval trackers, and status reports while following up on authority comments.
• Review infrastructure drawings and technical documents before submission, coordinating revisions with consultants and civil engineers.
• Support road, utility, drainage, sewerage, and irrigation works, ensuring all activities align with approved designs.
• Act as the primary liaison between project teams, contractors, consultants, and authorities, facilitating inspections and approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in infrastructure projects, NOC coordination, or authority liaison.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai NOC procedures and local authority requirements.
