About the role

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a dedicated Waiter/ess to join its In‑Room Dining team. You will deliver a premium dining experience to guests in the privacy of their rooms, ensuring every order is handled with precision and care.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of the In‑Room Dining menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide menu suggestions, answer guest questions, and address special dietary requests professionally.
• Uphold the hotel’s service standards, ensuring presentation and quality meet brand expectations.
• Report to the Food & Beverage Supervisor and collaborate with kitchen and service teams.
