Inside Sales Executive – Property (Hindi/Urdu)

About the role

The Inside Sales Executive will focus on telephonic sales of property solutions, targeting Hindi and Urdu speaking prospects. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building strong relationships with organisations across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting cold, warm and hot leads to closing deals.
• Qualify prospects against product and service requirements and consult on business challenges.
• Draft and deliver proposals via email, maintaining professional etiquette.
• Maintain detailed notes in Salesforce CRM and provide weekly and monthly revenue forecasts.
• Provide feedback to management to shorten the sales cycle and enhance brand reputation.

Required profile

• High school diploma with 2‑3 years of inside sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to handle objections and meet daily call targets.
• Result‑oriented, competitive attitude with problem‑solving abilities.
• Bi‑lingual (Hindi/Urdu) is a plus.
