Institutional Customer Support

About the role

GBE Prime provides institutional liquidity solutions for Forex and CFDs, supporting brokers, banks and asset managers. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Institutional Customer Support specialist in Dubai, UAE, who will provide responsive support to institutional clients on liquidity solutions, trading platforms and connectivity.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues and monitor client accounts and system performance
• Coordinate with technology, operations and sales teams to resolve complex cases
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and escalate issues when necessary
• Follow up until issues are resolved in a timely way
• Build long-term client relationships, gather feedback and contribute to service improvements

Required profile

• Experience serving institutional or professional clients
• Relevant experience in financial markets, Forex, CFDs or institutional brokerage is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai in a fast-paced, client-focused setting
• Proficiency in English; additional languages used in global finance are an advantage
