About the role
The International Expansions team is launching new Amazon marketplaces worldwide and needs a Supply Chain Instock Manager to own the end‑to‑end import supply chain. You will work with top global vendors to ensure product availability in fulfillment centers and develop inventory strategies that enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inventory health and availability, improving in‑stock rates, fill rates, and forecast accuracy for imported selections.
- Analyze vendor lead times and unhealthy inventory, creating data‑driven solutions to complex supply‑chain challenges.
- Design and run buying and forecasting scenarios to support better purchasing decisions.
- Lead automation initiatives for imports and act as an internal consultant to vendors on forecasting and operations.
- Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with partnered vendors to grow the joint import business.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management or project management.
- 5+ years of advanced Excel usage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and ability to travel internationally.
- Experience working with multinational vendor businesses.
